So Many Things to Confess

Let's start today's confessions with admitting that I am THE worst daughter. Ever.

Thing #1 - I didn't get mom anything for her half birthday that was on Sunday. That makes it 26 years in a row.
Thing #2 - Mom has been blogging for weeks and finally made it to my sidebar today! Derp.

So I'm usually a fan of themed confessions but this week you're going to get a whole lot of random from me. It's partially from the extra sleep I got this weekend and partially that I wrote this on Sunday with the aid of two 4-shot Americano's over 5 hours. It's just what a rainy weekend will do to a person.

Let me take the podium.

:: I lust over non-paleo #foodporn on instagram. Especially breakfast plates.
:: Sometimes I don't remember if I've used a certain gif before on my blog(s).
:: I will judge you if you wear shorts / a dress without tights on a rainy 50 degree day.
:: The desire to go shopping is outweighed by the desire to stay home in pajamas.
:: I admit to blogger burnout too.
:: Meeting friends for Happy Hour just doesn't sound like fun anymore - but meet for a workout? Yes!
:: I don't mind being people-watched in a coffee shop. It makes me feel interesting or is something wrong with my hair?
:: My "sobriety" streak was broken at 75 days because of work. It upset me - but it made me realize how much I've grown as a person and how happy I truly am. Cheers to personal growth!
:: I like singing in my car... sorry for the video quality. This one's for you, Brooke.

Happy Hump Day! What secrets do you want to share?

That is totally my style in my car EVERY MORNING. Pretty sure if I didnt rock out in my car I'd be grumpy cat at work. You'd probably judge me but I wear shorts so often, I'd probably wear them in the cold too. I hate jeans!! And Im with you on the happy hour thing. Yeah I go out but I'd so rather go to the gym or sip my wine at home ... from a regular cup ..

I am always lusting over food on Instagram, Pinterest too! I wonder if you would judge me for wearing shorts and a hoodie, that's what I am always wearing when it is about 60-70 out. Ha ha! I feel you on the blogging burn out, I was in a total rut over the weekend, not to mention exhausted. Happy hump day!

You can never be a bad daughter and lusting over food is why I hide food on my FB newsfeed and hate my pinterest when someone I follow does a sugary carb explosion on it :)

I would totally rather stay home in my pajamas than go shopping. There's always internet shopping! But I admit I would rather read or watch TV. Haha.

sometimes when the mall is essential i just throw on a pair of my 'nicer' sweats aka yoga pants, tshirt, no bra, and drag myself there. that might be happening this evening; i really need some new items for puerto rico.

I sing in the car to and got caught by to guys yesterday. I don't do happy hour either.

Sorry to hear you broke your sobriety.

Yay for extra sleep. I actually went back to bed today after I took my hubby to work.

you are so freaking cute....question though are you driving? That makes me nervous hahhahaa

I agree meeting up for a workout is so much easier than a drink because a drink requires me to put on real pants and makeup and that is such a process!

A lot of people are feeling blogger burnout lately it seems like. :/ Right now I'm not one of them but I had been for a while... usually it goes in spurts.

Very nice post!! I understand about happy hour.. I was offered to go to an open bar the other night.. but it was 30 minutes away from work, meaning an hour away from home.. Just not work it to me anymore.. The 23 year old me would understand this 28 year old me.. lol

If you're not rockin out in your car to music then you're simply not living!! And if you're the worst daughter for not getting a gift on a half-birthday then I'm a terrible daughter b/c I didn't even know that was a thing lol
